If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, please email us at and we’ll be happy to help.

How long does a website take to build?

A typical website build takes four working weeks, from initial planning to launch. Some factors can affect timescales, however. Please see our Project Guidelines for further information.

Will my website be mobile-friendly and responsive?

Yes, all our websites are responsive and expertly designed to look great on whatever device your visitors are using, whether that be a smartphone, laptop, tablet or desktop.

Will my website be optimised for Google?
Yes, all our websites are professionally search engine optimised (SEO) to maximise your visibility in search results.
How much do your websites cost?
Our websites start from as little as £799. Please see our pricing page for further information on the services and costs involved.
Can I use my existing web address / domain name?
Yes, that’s no problem at all. And, if not, we’d be happy to register a new domain for you.
Am I bound by a contract?

No, you simply pay a one-off fee for your website and it’s yours to own forever – no strings attached. If you wish to take advantage of our monthly marketing & maintenance package, however, we do recommend a minimum period of six months in order for your business to achieve the best results.

Do I need to provide any written content?
No, we simply need a brief overview of your business and our in-house copywriters will do the rest, helping to make sure your content connects with both customers and search engines.
Can you help with my business email accounts?
Yes, we’d be happy to help set up business email accounts to accompany your new website.
Can you create a logo and business cards?
Yes, for a small additional fee our graphic designers will be happy to assist in creating logos and print assets to match your new website.
Do you offer e-commerce websites?

If you require your website to be able to take customer payments – or if you’re selling products or services on your website – that’s no problem. We offer e-commerce facilities as part of our Enterprise package.

Can I use third-party services such as WhatsApp, Calendly, Indeed and Yoast on my website?
Yes, our websites are designed to work seamlessly with the vast majority of third-party applications.
Can I make changes to my website after it’s gone live?

Yes, of course! Our websites are built on the world’s most widely used content management system (CMS) – WordPress. This means adding and updating items such as images, blog posts, customer reviews and services is dead easy. However, if you’d prefer us to handle any updates that’s no problem – please see our monthly marketing & maintenance package for more information on this service.

Does the website belong to me?
Yes, once your website has been launched and paid for it belongs to you 100%.
